1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the HotStream platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including both clients and workers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use HotStream. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Responsibility

Users and workers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

⚠️ STRICT SAFETY RULE: No Off-Platform Contact

HotStream is designed for safe interactions within the Platform. To protect user and worker privacy and safety, you are strictly prohibited from sharing personal contact information or external identifies.

You must NEVER share or request the following through HotStream:

Phone numbers
WhatsApp, Telegram, or Signal handles
Email addresses
Social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, etc.)
Physical addresses (home, work, or school)
Any other information intended to move contact outside the Platform

Attempting to bypass Platform communication systems or encouraging others to move conversations off-platform is a major violation of these Terms.

4. Community Rules & Prohibitions

HotStream maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abusive behavior. You are prohibited from:

Harassment, coercion, threats, extortion, or blackmail.
Doxxing (publishing private information about others).
Stalking or persistent unwanted contact.
Fraud, impersonation, or deceptive practices.
Requesting or disclosing sensitive private details.
Sharing explicit or prohibited content.

5. Enforcement & Monitoring

HotStream reserves the right to monitor, review, investigate, and enforce platform safety rules as permitted by law. Violations may result in:

Formal warnings
Temporary suspension of account
Removal of prohibited content
Permanent account termination without refund

6. Safety Reporting

If you encounter unsafe behavior or a violation of these terms, please report it immediately through the Platform's support or reporting channels. We investigate all safety-related reports.

7. Limitation of Liability

HotStream provides the service on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HotStream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HotStream operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
